 How do I participate in DairyPesa®?

To participate in DairyPesa® you will have to follow the following steps:

> You will then receive an SMS confirming your registration and asking you to select the language that you wish to play in:-

         Select 1 > to participate in English

Select 2 > to participate in Swahili

>You will receive questions of multiple choices in nature. The questions are in three levels.

Level1 Easy (Two multiple choice Answers).

Level 2 Intermediate (Three multiple choice Answers).

Level 3 Advanced (Four multiple choice Answers).

NOTE

All questions will be answered in either 1, 2, 3 or 4 depending on level.

Remember KES 18 secures you a minimum of 100 points in any of the following draws:

  • Of that day’s hourly lucky draw of KES 2,500/=

  • Of that day’s hourly speed draw of KES 2,500/=

  • Of the day’s daily lucky draw of KES 100,000/=

  • Of the week’s lucky draw of KES 500,000/=

  • Of the 2 Monthly KES 5,000,000/=

For instance, if you send an SMS to DairyPesa®, you are charged KES18 and you earn 100 Points, which means:

HOW LONG WILLTHE DairyPesa® CAMPAIGN RUN FOR?

DairyPesa® will run for a period of three (3) months, starting from October 2015 and ending on January 2016.

IN WHAT DRAWS DO I PARTICIPATE WHEN I ANSWER EVERY QUESTION?

By answering DairyPesa®’s questions, you immediately earn entries into six (6) draws which include:

  1. Lucky Hourly

    • There will be 24 daily prizes for the Luck hourly draw of KES 2,500 to be awarded to the luckiest participant, who played within one hourly cycle.

  2. Daily Lucky Draw

    • There will be one daily draw of KES 100,000 to be awarded daily to a lucky participant Monday to Sunday for the duration of DairyPesa®

  3. Weekly Lucky Draw

    • There will be one weekly draw of KES 500,000 to be awarded weekly to a lucky participant for a duration of 12 weeks of DairyPesa®

  4. Lucky KES 5,000,000 Draw

    • There will be two Lucky draws of KES 5,000,000 which will be held on the ———- and ———— to a lucky participant of DairyPesa®

  5. Grand Prize KES 10,000,000

ARE MY POINTS TRANSFERRED EVERYDAY?

By sending at least one SMS to ….. each day during the campaign, you transfer all your accumulated points to that day’s Lucky Hourly draw, Speed Hourly draw and daily Lucky draw! A participant must send at least 1 SMS to participate in that day’s draws.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY PRIZE?

The Hourly Lucky and Hourly Speed prizes of KES2,500 will be credited/deposited directly into your mobile money account i.e. M-pesa, Airtel money and Orange money.

Major prizes will be claimed from DairyPesa®offices the following business day. Winners will receive a telephone call from DairyPesa®through the campaign number ……..

IF I WIN A PRIZE CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

If you are one of our lucky winners you are not be eligible to participate for the type of prize you have won, but you are eligible for all the other remaining prizes. For example, if you win a daily prize of up to KES 100,000/= you cannot participate for another daily prize, but you are still eligible to participate for all hourly, weekly, monthly and the Grand prize, and all Entries you have and accumulate after your winning will be allocated solely for hourly, weekly, monthly and Grand prize. If you win one monthly prize you cannot win another monthly prize of KES5,000,000, but you can participate in the hourly, daily, weekly and Grand prize draws. Similarly, if you win a weekly prize you won’t be eligible for another weekly prize of up to KES500,000 but you can still participate in the hourly for up to KES 2,500, daily for up to KES 100,000, the remaining monthly for up to KES 5,000,000 and the Grand prize of KES 10,000,000 So even if you win there is no reason to stop playing!

HOW DO I DE-REGISTER FROM DairyPesa®?

Participants can opt out and deregister from DairyPesa®at any time by

  • Sending an SMS with the word “STOP” TO ……
  • Contacting the customer care centre on …….

Deregistering will not exclude the participant from participating in all qualifying prize draws with the points accumulated so far.

However the participant can resume at any point by sending an SMS with the word “PLAY” TO …… and continue with the points that they had accumulated prior to deregistration.

HOW ARE WINNERS SELECTED?

All DairyPesa® winners are selected through a draw in the presence of a BCLB official to ensure all rules and regulations are adhered to and that the selection process is transparent.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT DairyPesa® IS LEGITIMATE?

DairyPesa® is registered with the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) under BCLB Number 1085

IF I DE-REGISTER FROM DairyPesa® CAN I STILL STAND A CHANCE TO WIN?

De-registeration will not exclude the participant from participating in all qualifying prize draws i.e. Weekly draw(in the week in which they have deregistered), Monthly draws and the Grand draw with the points accumulated so far but will exclude participants from qualifying for the Hourly and daily draws.

HOW WILL WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?

DairyPesa® will conduct a daily draw and they will be aired on TV and Radio. Winners will also be shown on print media.

AM I ABLE TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE I PLAY IN?

DairyPesa® will be played in the language the participant selected during registration and it cannot be changed once selected.

WHAT IS THE OFFICIAL DairyPesa® NUMBER THAT WILL BE USED TO CONTACT WINNERS?
